Interested groups can request any combination of skill and subject coverage for their clinic outing, including but not limited to:
General Swim Knowledge/Mastery
- Basic Four Competitive Stroke Technique
- Racing Starts
- Turns, both individual stroke and individual medley (IM) transitions
Specific Swim Knowledge/Mastery
- Tempo/Stroke Length Management
- Fish Kick Implementation
- Body Alignment and Adjustment
- Shoulder Motion Range Analysis, Measurement, and Remediation
A 60-minute presentation minimum for individual subject area coverage is required.
