Each client possesses unique, swimming-specific strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Oceanus Personal Training identifies these through a three-part initial consultation, consisting of:
- Written client survey.
- In-Person or virtual In-Water session inventorying swimming skills.
- In-Person/Video/Teleconference with your trainer.
Detailed training regimens are then constructed and delivered at a mutually agreed frequency. After receiving their weekly plans, clients can complete their practice regimens at a facility and in a timeslot of their choosing.
Email, telephone, or video-conference contact by the client is encouraged after each training session. Client feedback is critically evaluated and implemented into training regimens for subsequent calendar periods. This feedback loop elevates a client's chances for success.
