Principal Peter J. Sczupak
Peter J. Sczupak is the Managing Partner and Principal.
Peter possesses 18 years of competitive swimming coaching experience (4 as Head Coach/Aquatic Administrator), 5 years of aquatic and recreation facility administrative experience, and 2 years of recreation system administration experience.
Peter holds an MBA in Finance and Sports Business from the University of Oregon (recently noted in Sports Illustrated as having the best Sports Management program in the United States), and a BS in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University.
Several of Mr. Sczupak's tenures were in start-up or turnaround/ transformational settings.
Peter is a past adjunct faculty member in the Department of Health, Fitness and Recreation, and Resources at George Mason University.
Principal Ann F. Lamson
Ann F. Lamson, Principal, has held increasingly responsible Human Resources roles with noteworthy firms in legal services, construction, retail, banking, and high tech.
She is currently Director of Human Resources with a nationally prominent insurance company’s subsidiary.
Ms. Lamson possesses a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
